That's what I was thinking about, it's supposed to get down to the 20's Thursday and they keep talking about this arctic blast from Canada coming in for a frigid feel. To bad we won't get any of the white stuff along with it!

Yeah I heard them talking about the citrus crops getting blasted down your way and how bad it's going to get.

Man I would kill for some chili tonight! I never make any because my wife doesn't like it. She says it reminds her of dog food. I might just make some anyway and she can fend for herself!

No worries, it's just a home garden but just goes to show how cold the weather is here. I've come to the conclusion I'm buying a trenchcoat. They just look cool. Any Joe Schmo can slap one on and BAM! Instant coolness. |

Mine won't eat chili because she won't eat anything spicy, which for her means more than a pinch of table pepper. I love habeneros and all sorts of chili peppers but i rarely get to eat them because she finds even the aroma offensive. So i am hoping to slow cook my chili on my day off while she is at work, then put it in freezer containers in individual meal amounts so i can grab'n'go for work or whatnot.

Well I am glad my girlfriend likes all sorts of hot food and is willing to try most things! My brothers wife has no interest in anything spicy and freaks out with pepper as well. This is most certainly a good time for some chili or Pho!
