When you guys do see it, let me know if it really IS that mindblowing when seen properly. So far, I'm not sold, but would be happy to be proved wrong. And that's what's preventing me from going to get tickets. I don't really care too much about a movie's special effects so long as they look realistic enough to not be distracting. Its the plot I care about. |

Do you count 10 inches today as "much"?
On the bright side, that's it for the rest of the year though... |

I wish we could get that amount of snow here, kind of jealous actually. We've only had real light coverings so far and looks like rain going into Friday.

If the player who filled out the team's End of the Year Survey yesterday is online and reads this, would you please PM me.
An issue you mentioned in one response has me concerned and will need to be dealt with, but in order to do so I need a few more details. |

I must admit, from the commercials/previews I've seen, it looks good, but not "stunning" as so many reviews claim.

Its the plot I care about. like watching A New Hope, Empire strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.... The Lord of the Rings Trilogy..... you can watch them on tv and they're fun.. but the big screen.....

well, I'd be happy to be proved wrong. Let me/us know your thoughts after seeing it. Might change my mind after hearing a non-professional/non-based review.

Yeah. It took me a long time to warm up to it.
Thing for me though. I have 20/20 vision in my left eye and 20/30 vision in my right eye... so traditionally 3D has never worked for me. My eyes are juuuuuuuuust enough out of focous so that 3D doesn't 'work' So I'm a little worried about that.
