CC, the indy figs don't work well at all with Joes for parts. That one is Dovchenko arms and hands, Vogel torso and legs and a Flint head. The torsos on them are hard rubber, you have to slice it open to change the arms out. I had to trim the neck ball a LOT to get the head to fit.

Absolutely no way could I have found my collection in the wild. My closest TRU is 150 miles. One Tar-no-get and 2 Wallys in my city. Thank goodness for BBTS and The Joe Club Store.

I had to butcher poor Mutt for their arms. BUT that rubber body is precisely what it makes easier the compatibility. I've succesfully implanted a Pirates of the caribbean torso (they're very similar to Indies) on a red diver baroness for my custom Jinx. It works wonders. Basically, a figure could be made completely of that rubbery plastic, with abit of design thinking. It would save them lots of money, would make them more resilient, and wouldn't need a single screw to hold on thogether.
