Hi, Hec!
You know what's good for sleep? Stimulants. You can sleep when you're...you know. I learned something interesting about sailors the other day. I noticed an associate had a tattoo of a rooster and a pig and I asked him what they represented. He said that back in the day ships would carry livestock just in case they sunk because the livestock and crates would float and they could hold on to them, so he got the tattoos because he finds his ship sinking often and needed something to hold on to. I thought it was cool, anyway, though not as cool as this woman I knew who had a tattoo of a gun with smoke from the barrels and the smoke curled 'round two names and I asked her what that meant and she said those were the names of her kids and the gun meant that she would kill for them. I knew a girl who had a "slippery when wet" road sign tattooed between her navel and...you know. I asked her what it meant and...you know. True story I swear! |

A high school friend of mine got a yield sign tattooed in the same area, except she misspelled it when she drew it for the artist and he just assumed she meant for it to be that way so if you are ever with a girl who has a YEILD sign tat it might be her.

My brother wanted to get 'La Familia" tatted on his forearm but the tattoo artist misspelled it. Now he walks around with "La Famila" on his arm

I try (I don't always succeed) to only say to people on the internet what I would actually say to them if they were in front of me.
It's not really fair, 'cause I can think about it a little bit and plan what I say and (at least in my delusional mind) be more clever and post links to things to make my point (can't really do that in real life), but I don't see the usefulness of arguing with someone over the internet. Exuberance of youth, abundance of energy, I suppose.
