Looks like the Colts really want this game.

It is surprising, but was anybody smart actually picking the Texans to do much in the playoffs?

This is the team that for years we heard from the analysts, "If only Peyton Manning wasn't leading the Colts, would be the most dominant in their division". Peyton wasn't there last year and they were one and done. Peyton isn't there this year and I think they'll be one and done again.
And I think Baltimore made a mistake by resting their players. Losing doesn't make a winner, winning does.

I think the Colts have a decent shot at beating the Ravens, they've lost 4 of the last 5. I got an idea about this whole resting thing, I'm against it. So here's what I came up with: Any team who rests players during the final weeks of the reason would be seeded at either 5 or 6, forced to play a wild card came and forfeit any potential home field advantage throughout the playoffs, regardless of record. What do you think?

And the year the Colts were forced to claw their way into the playoffs they won it all.

I guess what the Colts showed that year they won the SB is that homefield advantage doesn't always mean much in the playoffs. Also, not resting players keeps them from getting rusty and can keep momentum going. That is an interesting idea though I'm sure it wouldn't happen.
Probably not, the league will keep worrying about the preseason games not be competitive but will ignore the end of the year when the fans really expect a good contest. The only way I think to ensure that the end of the year is meaningful is to raise the stakes and punish teams for not being competitive.
