It's not going to be as complicated as it looks. It may look like a mess to a player that is not sure of the order of operations, but to an experienced Leader, player and to myself, its crystal clear. It's all pretty straight forward. I put alot of thought into these things before I implement them, and I do a ton of math calculations, averages, potential scenarios, etc.
No game mechanic that I've ever introduced has truly failed or turned into a cluster****, but I will remove them if I feel they don't add anything meaningful to the game play, or the desired effect can be produced in a simpler manner. As for how it plays out, the nice thing about a forum game is that the posts fall in a straight line, 1, 2, 3.. Even if 40 players post within milliseconds of each other, they will fall into a set order. The count is applied one post at a time. The important things to know about the Tactical Maneuvers have all been listed in the rules, so please read that, and then contact me with any questions. |

Part I missed is bolded. Quote:
All teams will draw from the same pool of TMs, so when one team activates a TM, that TM will no longer be available for the rest of the game. When a TM is activated, the effect applies to every team. This means that if your Soldiers are getting a bonus, the other team's soldiers are also getting the same bonus. The key is to activate them when your team is ready to take full advantage of the benefits and the other team is not.

I missed that part too, didn't read it close enough to see that each team gets a benefit from a TM.
