I dont think finding one will be the issue, its going to be the cost. When I went to Botcon, the box sets sold out right? But a lot of the vendors had bought them as well and marked up the price. So there were plenty for "sale" but nothing affordable for most people. Gotta wait till the last day though for the best bargains, dont jump at the first expensive thing cause come Sunday people are going to make some serious deals.

^^^^ This. When I lived in Florida I went to Comiccon and this was the case. We're talking you could get a $200 item for 70 on Sunday.... they don't want to have to haul that stuff back... |

Ahhhh Friday was so long ago. Major kudos he did arrive. I put the Beachhead POC vest on him but the clips graze over where holster is..... thoughts?
Your effort is appreciated! ^^^^ This. When I lived in Florida I went to Comiccon and this was the case. We're talking you could get a $200 item for 70 on Sunday.... they don't want to have to haul that stuff back... On Clutch, Id either take the clips off, or try the pit trooper vest, Or a leg swap and save that holster since they are few and far between. On a random note I steal the holsters from my ROC Vipers all the time since i troop built them and they are background characters so them missing a part is not a big deal to me. eh?

I know which is why I will go sunday as well.
Lost the belt buckle for the one I had for the web belt... bah... but... found this for $25, so i snatched it up. every one I'd seen was $40+ but with the belt it was $60-80.00.. the buckle I will be using for my flint. However I may be stiching it to a web gun belt. not sure yet. authentic enough ?

WXC well wondering about what a scout would be using. I'm a lil outdated on this.
My assaulters one will have the Shock rifles (The other an MP5), hammers and shields. Rear Guard gets the shotgun. Scout pistol and..... Team leader..Radio, Mp5 and .... |

for hostile boarding teams back in my day it'd be 5-6 men team. The guy with the shotgun would be right behind the guy in front with the flash light and 9mm up at eye level, very easy to sweep corners and hallways. Everyone had a radio that was tied in with the boats. Only other special weapon we carried was 1-2 M-16s, or M-4s depending. And we all had night vision goggles on our person. Everyone had a 9mm and there'd usually be 3 of us with just that. One of us would usually carry a tool bag with hammers, picks, med gear etc. Hope that helps

Hey Ren! thanks WXC. cost me $25 for that buckle but I`m gonna give a twist to it. going to put it on a tan pistol web belt for the suspenders. but since most of the style are adjustable. it will be hand sewen to the web gear and will be a perm addition to the gear.
Oh! the epaulets came in but their green with the WO1 . but I`m thinking of repainting the dress green with the traditional red, which is on Flints gear. good idea or leave it original? The enlisted buckle showed up for the pants. That buckle is old but awesome! cleaned up fairly well from being so damned old. I`ll eat then take pictures for you guys. this costume is almost there!
