Also, SWG, not saying you have had issues, but if there was a thread where you were held accountable for bad business, don't you believe you would be more alert to fixing issues? (not saying you have any)

Guys like SWG should be supported by the community and this forum. Obviously paid sponsors can get special treatment, like being front paged often. But this type of collectible is a niche market and the people here are ideal clients. Hisstank doesn't have an obligation to actively support these types of people but they shouldn't infringe on their ability to promote their products either. There is nothing posted in the rules that SWG or anyone else cannot advertise a sale for his/her side business.
SWG seems very responsible and understands the value of customer service. Raginspoon is another example of this. Then again we have casters who encounter personal difficulties, forcing people to wait half a year or more for product and when their feedback thread gets overrun with angry customers, they go to a different forum. SWG, the best thing you can do is load up you sign with info on your site and post early and often. Maximum Exposure through guerilla marketing tactics. |

I would like this... but I think it would come off the rails FAST, given the temperment of some people on the 'Tank.
I would like it if for no other reason than to discover other casters, like SWG. |
