I received a dvd toda from fellow tanker. My stepson who is 11 was like that's old cartoon and I told him I personally bet that you will like this cartoon better than any toons. So we sat down and watched it together. I was smiling to see he was really watching it and when I tried t talk to him, he is like shhhh...this is waaaay better than the cartoons we have today compared to the 80's. That made my day because he is saying tha the cartoon back then shows more action and all that while the cartoons today shows only a little. He is asking for more gijoe cartoons now. Lol..anyone who has any spare for trade or anything, please lmk. We only have "Revenge of the cobra" and I would like to get him hooked into the joe line. I have a huge set and he seem not to care and now he is asking me questions about some characters and looking at my collection. Man..that is one good feeling...

My four year old loves the 80's joe toons. My two year old runs around the living room trying to sing G.I. Joe. I am going to video him and post it hear. The toons might have a corny side to them but they will always be loved by some fans somewhere. I personally love them too.

That is a great story. I hope you find more of the Original GI Joe videos to share.

I have been working on my 6 year old nephew for some time now with stuff like GI Joe all the way back to the original Ultraman.
His dad is my age and is always calling me up after I watch him with stuff like "I can't believe he came home telling me all about M.A.S.K.". I'm doing good work....

Thanks to goosetuber and jr0d28 for making my stepson happy(he will be) and wanted to say thanks to everyone for helping. Keep on with the story. I know my 2 sons love g.i.joe as they have the stigma 6 and VvV lines. My stepson did not. He only collected legos and cars. Tonight he looves the cartoons and wants to start collecting which I'm gouing to help him out with. Thanks to everyone!

Thats cool. My 10 yo godson likes transformers, entergon so on and so on. Then I told him that I had all the transformers cartoons on DVD that I grew up with. He asked if he could watch them and I got them out and we started. It took us a couple weeks and after that all he could say was how lame cartoons have gotten over the years. He is a computer wiz so I told him to youtube a bunch of 80's cartoons and now he tells me he wished he was 10 yo and in the 80's.
