Beach Head should have been listed. So it is a 12 man team. I printed out a couple of list from the comics (One that stated where everyone was & one that stated the status of everyone), Just broke them down the way I thought they would fit. When it came to the end I had a few that I didn't know where to put, hence the Muskrat to Naval Ops & Quick-Kick to Ninja Force. The others were Agent Faces, The Fridge, HIt & Run & Hardball. Agent Faces I made a independant operator to gather intel. The Fridge was placed under Super Trooper for PR work (didn't know how else to use him). Which left two: Hit & Run & Hardball. Really that is the only reason. I am trying to figure out where I can place them & use someone more popular. Also why I havent finished my Chart.

Also trying to figure out the ranks. I was going by the chart I found on this site that broke everyone down by rank w/ the rank insignias. But another site I was going to that has Bios for the characters from the comics have different ranks.

Switched out Tunnel Rat & Heavy-Duty for Hit & Run and Hardball. Since I consider a small squad w/ the Armor unit, I guess it works.
So the main team now is: Flint, Gung-HO, Beach Head, Stalker, Scarlett, Snake-Eyes, Spirit, Lady Jaye, Roadblock, Low-Light, Tunnel Rat & Heavy-Duty. Last edited by Darkhawk75; 05-24-2009 at 10:14 PM.. |

In my Joe-verse I've always had Hawk as the General, rarely on the field, Duke as field commander and then divided the factions between, Flint, Beach Head, Stalker, and Scarlett as team Sub-commanders. That's back when I played with my toys. As my collection grew, I added Falcon as a sub commander and gave Lady Jaye a promotion as well. Sgt. Slaughter always had some sort of rank, but not as a decision maker. Never had Keel-Haul so I couldn't make him in charge plus I rarely saw him featured in the cartoon, so he couldn't very well be giving orders.

I was more of a comic fan than the cartoon. My purpose for this was to use everyone that was ever a Joe. Comic & Cartoons. I wanted to use everyone. I centered some teams around my Favorites, then used others as I saw fit. When I started this I didn't even know who half of the cartoon characters were.

I have Gung-Ho, Beachhead, Stalker as Sgt Majors. However, Stalker is my Command Sgt Major. However, Duke should be the highest ranked NCO. Yet you have Sgt Savage in that roll which works as well. Still Duke should be a Sgt. Major as well. I also have Mercer and Altitude as Sgt. Majors. The only figures listed as E-9 on file cards. Gung-Ho, Duke V7, Mercer V2, Altitude, and Rock'n'Roll(Sonic fighter) I would work Snake Eyes and Scarlett in as Master Sgts. Snake-Eyes V8 is E-8 Scarlett V-3 was E-6 which is the highest on a filecard, but I think she should be much higher, and Devil's Due has her as an E-8. Spirit and Roadblock should be E-7s by now as well, yet they have only ever made E-6 on their file cards. Devil's Due had them at E-7 though which works for me. Lady Jaye made E-7 on her Version 2 filecard but is at least an E-6 on all others so Thats your choice. I think Scarlet should outrank her though either way. I've never seen Lowlight past E-6 but he's due for a promotion. He may be a E-7 in Devil's Due. Tunnel-Rat also due for an E-6 promotion but that's up to you, hasn't happened on the filecards yet. I'd leave Heavy Duty as a Sgt. |

Crazy Hours is good in I am getting a lot of Overtime. More $$$. Bad as in I hardly get any sleep. LOL
My Core Team. I called them the A-Team because I do not know what Thier name should be. Plus in G.I.Joe #1 (Marvel) when Hawk arrived @ the Pit he was told the A-Team were din the middle of weapons training. Last edited by Darkhawk75; 05-24-2009 at 10:14 PM.. |
