You know...this reminds me of a joke of sorts....I'm adlibbing here, so if you've heard it, bare with me....
"A wife tells her husband that she wants him to quit drinking beer. He spends way too much money on it, and they could be using that money towards more important things. Well, one day, the husband comes home and finds that the wife went shopping that day, spending an insane amount of money on make up. "Hun? says the husband....I thought we were saving money? wtf is up with all of this stuff?" She replies "Babe, that make up is to make me look pretty...for you! " He says "That's what the beer was for. And it was cheaper". Needless to say, she won't be back..... |

Another wife joke that I think is appropriate.. the wife thinking she knows what's best..
It's probably a lil bit different than the real one.. but you get the jist: "A husband is driving with his wife somewhere when all of a sudden.. the wife starts screaming.. 'What are you doing? turn left here!' 'No! You're going to fast! Slow down!' 'It would be faster if you made a right here!' The next morning.. as the wife was making breakfast.. the husband walks in and starts screaming... 'What? No.. you need to cook the eggs faster!' 'Stop! Flip those pancakes now before they burn!' "Breakfast will be done quicker if you had started toast already!' " heh... |

She's okay with it but does get severly annoyed at times with the amount of time I spend on it and that I have completely taken over the computer room as "Joe HQ".

my gf buys joes and looks for them when I don't have a chance so she's pretty supportive and I love it!

i voted "just okay with it"
but then after that i realized she is the one who spotted my cobra legions 5 pack at walmart.com for me! and then caled me at work to ask if i want her to order them! yay! so i guess she is supportive, yes. in july she even surprised me with movie leader optimus prime! he was sitting on my desk when i got home! but yeah she does get a little annoyed with the space it takes up. i have comprimised and put about half of my collection in boxes (mostly my star wars stuff since i'm kinda burned out on it at the moment). but recently i got some floating shelves for the wall and they are PERFECT for joes! also getting into marvel legends (both regular and icon size!) so i'm quickly running out of space again. yeah she also asks "where are you going to put that?" when i buy stuff. my answer is always "i dunno i'll find a place."

My fiance is pretty cool with it. She helps out with the Star Wars stuff mostly because she's more familliar with those characters. Hooked me up with some sandtroopers this xmas and vintage stuff last xmas, she'll will call me on her cell from the toy area at Target when she's there every now and then. Besides, she has her own little Hello Kitty collection as well!

Wow, this is a tough one. My wife hates GI Joe with a passion, she tolerates it to a point, but if GI Joe would crash and burn, never to exist again, she would be happy for the rest of her life.
So the only poll answer I could pick was She wishes I would stop.
