The fine print on the mail-away form states this very thing. "First come first served" and something about "while supplies last". In other words, these may not be shipping until May, but that doesn't mean you should wait until then to get your order form in.

I just saw the note about only going to end users.
Does this mean if I use my work address, which includes the words "Main Office", it can be construed as looking like that of a reseller?

You could always remove main office. So long as the address is there, it'll get there, it's up to your mailroom to make sure they know who you are. Buy them some chocolates.
