..and also, why do more people want to live in Facef***" City than Hisstank City? That doesn't bode well for us.

Maybe they have better public service announcements...

Basically it relies purely on visiting it once a day, with the town growing by population.
At 50 people you can start building your industry.
At 100 people you start building on transportation.

At the moment Hisstank has to work on its transportation so we should click on:

once a day until we can start on something else.

We don't really customize or build anything on our own, though. All we do is visit and accumulate a model of how "popular" we are.
