Everyone please be aware that this is something you should look into. I noticed that on my last order that the tax that was charged was a flat 10%. The tax in my area is 9%. Plus I was charged 10% before the order was reduced by 10% with smile8 code. That means the sales tax that I paid of 10.07 should have been around 6.00. Normally a web site does not charge you sales tax unless they have a warehouse in your area. So in talking to the representative I found out that they do not have a warehouse in this area. So I should not be charged Sales Tax on my purchases. Assuming that this information is correct they owe me more than 120.00 dollars. I'm going to call Hasbro at comsumer Affairs on Monday. There number is as follows: 800-327-8264 [email protected]

Yeah this has already been noted weeks ago. I believe some of it is that it isn't just a warehouse/operations needed in an area but something as little as advertising, would create the need for charging the tax. Havent heard where the 10% number came from.

It couldn't be advertising as every company advertises in my area. For example. I was watching tv and noticed an add that was co oped with Newegg. If that was correct since newegg advertised in my area they would intern charge tax.
And if this has been brought up before I apologize. |

Were US formed because we don't want taxation from the Brittish?

We declared independence because we were being taxed with no representation in English government.
