I just purchased this collector's case and was wondering if it was in any way valuable and or rare. I had never known these to existe, but if it wasn't in those inserts that came with the vintage vehicles then i wouldn't have seen them.

I believe it is common. I don't think it is by Hasbro. I had one as a kid and a couple in the last few years from two collections I bought. Its value would increase if it is great condition with both trays, and that the trays are not crushed or cracked.
