Just ask him:
Do you have my figures ? (if yes)Can you send them ? >>>>>> I did ask him this but he thinks keeping quiet and not replying to me is the best way to solve the problem ,to be honest i've heard enough of his stories ,i said to him just to refund my money to my credit card ,if he is telling the truth he will tell me off and defend himself right ,but most likely he is lying he so he will simply just return the money and pretend nothing would have happened . I've had this done to me before and i won't let it happen again . |

Well, one thing I notice about his site is that he's not using he using "https://" protocol in his shopping cart program. No security certificate, so your information (even your credit card info) is not encrypted and subject to exposure.
This tells me that he's not offering a true professional service and may be prone to screw-ups. The option to pay with PayPal is available, though. I would definitely use that when dealing with this site, in the future. PayPal offers refunds/purchase protection to cover cases like this. I signed up for a scam site about 5 years ago, during the "suprNova" file sharing craze. I sent 19.95 via PayPal and soon realized I had been scammed. PayPal refunded my money after roughly 2 weeks, when the "seller" never responded.

Actually, sometimes it takes stuff 4 weeks to arrive from the US to Canada and I know cause I look at the postage stamp. Just ask some of the guys who traded with me and it sometimes takes 3 to 4 weeks for their stuff to arrive even though it took like 4 days for them to receive my stuff. Also, I've had in the past where I never got any notices from Canadapost until one day I get the final notice from them. They had no idea why I didn't get any other notices until that one. Also, another annoying thing that Canadapost does sometimes is they will leave your package on your front door step if you're not home. I find it irritating.
If the guy was not scamming you and he did get the stuff back, he should be able to take a picture of the package and show you. It'll have craploads of stickers on it and he also would have had to pay the return shipping probably. There's no way he should not be able to prove to you that he isn't lying. It's so easy to do, so if he won't give you proof, he's probably hiding something.

1) Your post office can't tell you if something arrived for you and was sent back if it had incorrect information. (Ex. 123 Main St. being sent to 321 Main Street)
2) It's possible he's been offline for a bit and has been unable to reply to your email. 3) Other people seem to have been getting their stuff quickly and as described, so I don't think he was out to scam YOU in particular. 4) There are other variables that may have caused the issue. 5) If he wants to be a "professional business", he is UNLIKELY to "tell you off and defend himself" and would much more likely return your money than to deal with what he might view as a hostile customer. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be upset. I would be too. You just might be surprised and get a positive message from him. |

>>>>>> Well a photo of the box he apperently sent to me ,could be staged or set up ,i want to see the official sticker/document that says i never picked it up ,this is the proof i want if he refuses then he is 100% lying i'm sure of it . I don't know how efficent the post is in B.C but they don't leave stuff on your doorstep here unless you answer the door to take it from them . |

Right now you're still speculating. Wait for his response before you trash his name publicly. Again, if he refuses to reply within 2-3 business days, or refuses to refund or resend, then you have an issue. If he agrees to either refund or resend, then he's not scamming you.

Actually, the labels on the box indicate that it was returned and it'll have Canadapost stamps all over it that he probably can't stage. There's not any documents saying you didn't pick it up. What he should have is a customs number on the package which if he gives you that number, then you can use that number and plug it into the tracking section of USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) or Canada Post and it'll give you the low down on what has happened. Ask if he has a customs number. However, if he sent it in a bubble mailer, then it's possible there isn't one.

Or maybe he'd just rather not deal with the hassle of meeting particular demands about particular documents? Seriously, if he stages a box with fake postage and whatever...
..well, to be honest, it really kinda sounds like you're looking to indict him, not looking for a resolution. >>>>> I'm not out to indict anyone ,i just want the truth plain and simple ,i asked him to show me the postal receipts of when he originally sent it but he didn't ,which he said he had in his possession ,why tell me you have the proof and decline to show it to me when i ask for it ,i guess he thought i wouldn't call him out on his bluff but i did ,second i asked him when he shipped my stuff and he avoided this question also ,and third when i was asking too many questions the package just "reappears" at his doorstep because i never claimed it in the first place ,which is a pile of crap because the post office said nothing was sent back addressed to me . When i questioned him as to why he didn't provide me with the proof ,he just says "i'm not arguing with you anymore on this" and that's it ,yes how professional you are when the going gets tough he gets going ,well he just lost another customer ,and i will put the bad word out on him so it will hurt him where it hurts in the pocket book . I don't like games and i'm sick of putting up with amateurs who don't know how to run a business . |
