I saw the Fringe episode with Slipstream. I mentioned it right away and my wife just rolled her eyes.
Mostly I overload her with mentions of old cartoon voice actors who are still working today. Like... Rob Paulson - was Snow Job in the old cartoons and now does EVERYTHING CLICK HERE including the new Honda commercials for "Mr. Opportunity" Cam Clarke - wasn't a Joe or Cobra but we all know him as Max Sterling and Lancer from Robotech. He can now be heard on "Flip that House" as the narrator. Bill Ratner - was Flint but can be heard on 3 episodes of Modern Marvels as the narrator. and of course... Frank Welker - Torch of the Drednoks is still doing EVERYTHING too. CLICK HERE and STILL does Fred's voice for the Scooby Doo cartoons.

There's an episode of "Diff'rent Strokes" where Arnold is sitting on the couch with an APC full of Joes. I saw this on BET (Black Entertainment Television, not Broadcast Energy Transmitter) a while ago.
Tom Hanks also has a Mamba on his shelf in his office in "Big." Someone else mentioned the Devilfish on his bedroom floor. |
