I just want foam gliders.

I've never ordered from HTS before so I'm not sure if I should be worried...
I ordered a carded Destro and Cobra Commander on December 11th, using the promo code I got 20% off and free shipping. Got a huge box today (18th) from Fed-Ex shipped 2-Day, I open it up and find little ol' Destro all alone with a bunch of air shipping pillows. No Cobra Commander. :( The invoice has both figures on it, but next to Destro's description is a pen marked circled "1." Nothing is marked next to Cobra Commander's description. Did they ship them separately or did someone goof up and forget my CC figure? I can not imagine them shipping them separately... Fed-Ex 2-Day is not cheap and it would be silly to ship them separately. Is this common? Do I need to be worried? Should I call their customer service number? Thanks.

I have called the 1-800 # several times...and always been happy with the customer service.
From my experience in my orders...if an item isn't circled, then it wasn't put in the box. To be safe...I'd contact them.

Well, I finally called after getting no reply from email. I was told that they over sold the Cobra Commander and were no longer in stock. :(
Bummer! But at least they refunded my $5 bucks quickly (PayPal) and I was able to use that toward my comic 2-pack purchase. (Silver lining.) I just have to hope and pray that Wal-Mart will get them back in stock. W4 is the only incomplete wave for me. Since this was my first order with HTS, I have mixed feelings. If I paid for an item, it should be reserved and go to me. It didn't. But their customer service was great and I got my refund quickly.

I think they're customer service sucks, they have yet to get back to me through email, I ordered 10 wave 4 figures a while back and only got 9 and a star wars figure that was all bent up and had a crushed bubble. bastards! I ordered gi joe not star wars. and whats up with just throwing the figures in a box with some air shipping pillow things that don't do nothing to protect what I purchased?
Can't wait to see how my pimp daddy destro 9.5 shows up! |

Can't wait to see how my pimp daddy destro 9.5 shows up! It would seem their email customer service is very bad, you should call them. The customer service on the phone is very polite and will resolve your problems quickly. As for how they package items, welcome to the world of internet sales. TRU.com, think-geek.com and I'm sure many others do it the exact same way |

Yeah, the packaging standards are quite horrible. Hmmm....carded figures? Eh, just throw'em in the box. This one air pillow will protect them! lol
