Wasn't Falcon a total fuck up in the movie?

Flint would have taken over, not Falcon. Flint was awesome in every sense of the word and deserved the leadership role., Falcon would have run from the responsibility as usual. Just my take on the characters. Course, we're all talking hypothetical nerdspeak now.

I'd be fine with that as long as Jinx replaced Scarlett

everyone likes hot rod but hates rodimus... why is that? oh, yeah.
i don't think it would've made much difference had duke died and falcon taken over. everyone i knew who liked gijoe loathed the movie and the dic cartoon. falcon never played a major role in the comic, which is where the people left following gijoe (at least the ones i knew) turned at that point. he would've been like captain gridiron, who was major in the cartoon, but was a real "who the hell?" to those who just read the comic book, since i don't think he ever appeared (being dumber than raptor).

In the beginning yes he was a showoff and a know it all. However as the movie went on, he turned into a badass. His training with the Renegades, when he got captured by Cobra and wouldn't give up any info and of course at the end when he saved the world.

Would Don Johnson have returned to do the voice over?
And would we have had Nash Bridges or Tin Cup? Would that have in turn made Cheech Marin do other movies besides Nash Bridges and Tin Cup as well. Maybe he and Tommy Chong would have made another Cheech and Chong instead and Tommy Chong wouldn't have went to jail. Blows your mind man. |

I would have liked that as Flint was My fave. More likely than not they would have shoved some even newer guy we don't know and don't like down our throats. Yes cus' we all know how much logic was applied to creating the GI.Joe cartoon I always thought the cartoon was at its best when you saw Flint, LJ, firefly, stormshadow, just before the twins appeared and serpentor. |
