We're not supposed to get blasted till around 4am. Then we're looking at 6 to 10 inches. That should be.........interesting.

My Snowcat was buried at the bottom of a box in my closet. It's in quite poor shape. Need to resurrect it...

My damn dog broke my camera. And not to sound like a jerk, but judging by some of the pics people take here, that wouldn't be a big deal for many of you, but my camera is a Canon 30D, so it SUCKS.
But that's always been something that has seemed incredibly odd to me. Some of y'all will go out and spend buckets and buckets of $$$$ on Joe's and then take pictures that look like they were taken with the most archaic cameras possible. Now I don't expect everyone to drop $1200 duckets on a camera like me; I do "professional" photography, it made sense for me, but I mean, 200 bucks gets you a solid 5+ megapixel camera these days. It just seems crazy to me that people take so much pride in their customizing work (as they should) or diorama displays (as they should) and then give us a crappy display by making it look like they are shooting it through like 10 layers of glass that are all fogged up. I only bring it up here because I can do it without making anyone feel like I am singling them out (because the only two pics already posted are fine). And obviously, being a photographer like I am, stuff being out of focus and all that bends my nose a little bit more than others. Again, I am really, really, REALLY not trying to be an A-Hole here... just an observation that always makes me chuckle... But yeah, good luck with those pics. Hopefully I figure out what the hell is wrong with my camera and I can participate. This is what I get for torturing the dog with so many pictures and leaving him free to roam all day. I come home and find my camera on my bed with drool all over it...

well, i took pics in a remote forest region, but still someone spotted me..as he was walking his dog, we had a stare down. i pretended to take pics of the trees in his direction whil he was wondering what the heck i was doing with a camera and toys. hehe.
