Besides hanging Joe planes on fishing wire, is there an alternative? Does anyone know of cases that may exist that can hold a Rattler or any of these new Target Exclusives coming out? Like many of you I'd like to pick up larger vehicles but I want to show them off without hanging stuff up...

Weren't there stands made for the Star Wars planes that displayed them at angles?

Found this online
The Eagle iStand - A Model Display Stand Family Joe planes are 1:18 scale-ish, so these would work.

Hold them in your hand. Walk around your house making sound effects such as vroom and boom!

i dont know, them lil things for star wars or using boxes , both will take up room. its the down fall of planes. im goin to build a dio an have em hanging from the cieling an on a landing strip. but you must have a area in the house in order to do so! planes on top of dresser will take up to much room, an to use a shelf, the shelf would have to be like 2 ft an some inches wide. thats a wide shelf lol, an you can always custom make cases for em, go to home depot an get a sheet of thin plexi an see if you can borrow a T square from someone, an take measurements, cut the plexi that length, when all sides are cut silicon em together , much like a fish tank, an you can just place it over the jets.. or maby hang em on the wall like a sword or picture, no matter what though, leaving them expososed will allow them to collect dust!. makin' a plexi fish tank to place over em is the best bet for display if you have the room to have em down on dressers or such ...

I'm liking the Eagle iStands. The gallery shows an X-Wing and Tie Fighter on 'em.
Too bad they're not clear and cost 18 bucks (before shipping). Cutting plexi is a good idea too.
