Basically the filecards (and Marvel's Order of Battle) were based on Hama's original method of developing military characters where he would write a full dossier on the character, including psychiatric evalutation and notes by the commanding officer. I would be very interested in seeing those printed, possibly along with the shorter file cards.

I think if something like that were to come out, I'd want to see it as something more akin to "Colton's files" as seen in the Data Dek Handbook, only more comprehensive, so that all characters are included.
