Storm Rider is a new one that came with the Doom Cycle.
I would definitely put Zarana at second in command. She played the most active role after Zartan. Zandar didn't do nearly as much. Before Zarana, I think Buzzer was an unofficial second only because he was the one with higher education. |

That Dreadnok con set also had two new members, Crusher and Demolisher.
I know a lot of people didn't like that set, but I actually thought it was really cool. I'm a big Dreadnok fan though. |

yojoe.com has a page with all of the 3.75 Dreadnoks on it:
YOJOE.COM | G.I.Joe Action Figure Archive - Subteams - G.I.Joe There are more than this. Cartoons and comics have featured other Dreadnoks. Machete was on the Sigma 6 cartoon. Heartwrencher was in the DDP comic. These are official b/c if it is in the toon or comic it belongs to Hasbro even if there isn't a figure. DDP had the Dreadnoks as a huge gange with several members - not all were named. |

I'm second in command, though zanya thinks she should be. Zandar is barely around and he joined the coil which wasn't looked on favorably.
