From what I gather the Range Vipers are wilderness ambush troops. Rock Vipers scale cliffs and lay the smack down with his missile pack and an automatic grenade launcher.

I like the Range Vipers but the sculpt is crap. I like the rock vipers because they have the balls to repel down cliffs and use weaponry with a huge kickback factor.

The Sand Viper would be my number 1 but fell to number 2 because the head was terrible the still-suit was a nice touch way cooler than the desert scorpion guy.

I say Ice Viper. To survive in arctic like conditions is much, much worse than any other. NOTHING grows. Water is plentiful, but you have to warm it up or risk hypothermia from inside out. Animals are few and far between. Athough surrounded by frozen water, it's desert like conditions...Very dry. Risk frostbite.

In the other conditions, water and food are more readily available (albeit hard to come by in a desert) than would be in the cold.

Ice Viper all the way. Takes a certain breed to be able to survive in the coldest of conditions.

I would say the space troopers (astro-vipers) since they left thoes guys up there after they beamed them up with the mass device, they are stil out there! Those some badasses to fend full renentryin a standard space suit! I guess that is where Destro decided to make his TARGATs

The Snow Serpents could survive some serious shit because they are all trained Eels as well. Read their file card. They are tough SOBs.
