I'm DarthDoug and I'm a Joeaholic. It's been about 8 hours since my last Joe. I'm not a Joe player-wither. I'm a different type of addict. I buy multiples of everything and refuse to open any of it. I am addicted to keeping these Joes from the playful hands of others who might open them and reduce their value. I buy for myself only and have had no aspirations of selling my collections. However, I really should. I have a "bat cave" dedicated to my collectibles. I have several mid '80's till early '90s MOC and encased in carbonite along with Han Solo. I tried to open a couple of figures recently. It makes me all uneasy. If I open one it bothers me for weeks. I can't work, I lose sleep. They need to stay perfect and in mint condition... Each and every one of them... I love "MY PRECIOUS"...

agreed on everything except the blog. i too carry joes around, make scenes, dream of them, and sing the songs in my head.

I don't buy everying that comes out. Mostly I buy them for my son and I try to get everything I had as a kid and everything I wanted but never got. I have a few comics and the cartoons on DVD and video. I spend breaks at work on hisstank (I do more reading than posting) and yojoe.com. I usually hunt before and after my part time job at walmart. In Sioux Falls we have a Target and a Toys R Us reasonably close to my Walmart, so I can usually hit all three depending on what time I get off.
