Burlington/Hamilton Ontario GIJoe collectors!!!!

Hello Everyone,
My name is Mike Gemus. I am a GIJoe collector in Burlington, Ontario. I would like to check to see if there would be enough interest in setting up a GIJoe collector club with a weekly Joe meet. I wouldn't mind starting research to find a location where we could meet. We could discuss everything GIJoe, have workshops dealing with customizing, diorama's, seminar type meetings, speakers and so on. Of course we could also set aside time for buying and selling with other GIJoe collectors. If anyone else would be interested in helping set this up feel free to email me at disco3000@hotmail.com Also even if your not interested in helping set up a meeting but would be up for attending let me know. If there is enough interested people I will begin planning a weekly meet. It will take place somewhere in Burlington. As for the night of the week, let me know your preferences. I like Wednesdaybut that's just me. We may also be able to order larger quantities of figures at a bulk discount from various stores.

WOw. Thats funny. I was just coming back here to mention about that.

From reading things on 5 different boards today, it appears that HT doesn't like them for some reason first. Stupid really. It's all G.i.Joe and a convention or web site should be shared imho.

I'm still going to it and I'm hoping to meet more HT members at it when I go! I only met one guy so far that told me about HT at my local TRU. I didn't get his name. :-(

Says the 09 convention is may 2nd in hamilton, Im almost considering going...
