I noticed on Wild Bill's Battle Corps filecard, he's listed as an "Air Cavarly Scout".
Are there any other Joes who's primary changes?

No, not really.
It was looks and qualifications that influenced me the most. Bad filecard: YOJOE.COM | Filecard Gallery - Flint I'm with you. I remember being very dissappointed in the later years when the cards became almost devoid of military specifications. You might as well read a Gunner O'grady card from the CORPS line. Even though it started to mean less and less after a while but "Qualified expert with all NATO small arms and explosives" was something I wanted to read on every card. That was STEAM-Roller's Card by the way. Although I have to say as a kid I like the personal bio stuff on the cards too. I just need them to back it up with some serious Credentials. YOJOE.COM | Filecard Gallery - Steam Roller to me this is a perfect combination of the both. I would like a little more military background as well, but this is still good. |

Speaking of Steam-Roller,
He was one of my favorites as a kid, most likely since he was so huge. I would love to see him get the 25th (Bazooka treatment). But maybe we're not ready for another Mobile Command Center. I think that perhaps he could also use an Upgrade in Qualifications. Something along the lines of an Engineer or EOD. He must come with a vehicle of course and his Token truckers hat. and he should probably drive something like this: BUFFALO MPCV Add another driver as well either a new SeaBee character but I would love to see Tollbooth. |

I don't know why but I always loved Tollbooth and the Bridgelayer, what a great vehicle that was.
Yeah, Tollbooth and Steamroller for combat engineers. Tollbooth's main is combat engineer. That MPVC is pretty cool and would look good in the Joe ranks. Tollbooth on the Bridgelayer, Steamroller driving the Buffalo. They need a squad of guys that can build (and take apart) bases quickly. I always loved the idea of the Tactical Battle Platform and the way the '83 HQ was used in some of the comics (a prefab base). That's what I always figured the Joes had, one main land base (The Pit), a mobile base to deploy from (the Flagg) and the ability to build and take apart bases as needed for missions, as well as mobile/moving smaller bases (mobile command center, ROCC, General). But none of those do any good without the combat engineers.

So what Joes did you "adjust" to make more usable? The filecards say they're specialists in certain "jobs", but those jobs weren't always the best.
So did you change it up to make 'em more usable? Psyche-Out was always a planner for me. As a kid, didn't know the term, but nowadays he'd be a profiler. As well as being the shrink to help the Joes deal with stress, he was a mission planner that would help pick the Joes based on personality and specialty, as well as help figure out how Cobra would react to different situations.

I used Psyche-Out much the same way. Others that could use an adjustment:
Scoop (Communications? Electrical Engineer? R&D?) Lightfoot (He's an EOD right?) Capt. Grid-Iron (He needs a little more military and a lot less Yellow) Barricade could use some tweaking Dr. Link? Start over Budo (It's not ninja turtle/although it can be hard to tell at times) Effects (Well all Star Brigade actually, leave that for Star Wars) Long Arm is a perfect example of a great reinvention. He needed it. |

Scoop would have made a good analyst. He watches satellite video/photos and covert ops video all day and analyzes it to help form mission profiles.
Watch out for Oliver on your Grid-Iron comment, lol. But yeah I agree, the colors and football motif just don't work for me. Outside of Valor vs Venom, what do the Joes need a "combat vetenarian" for? Seriously...

Budo, I suggested in another thread, about toning down the armor and making it more functional.
Turn him into a night infiltration/silent operations kind of guy. Carries a silenced weapon and sword/knife. Can keep the motif, just make it more modern and functional.

Hey, what happens if Timber, Junkyard, Freedom, Polly, Order, or Max get injured in the line of duty? They're Joes too, you know. And I doubt Doc and Lifeline are up on their animal physiology.
