Oliver, they all look great although the first pic in this post (beard with watchcap) is my hands down favorite. Nice job!

Oliver, you asked if there was a compiled list of all the figures in each "line" of the Pursuit of Cobra:
http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...a-figures.html thanks for putting the list together, didnt you do one before that included the "urban" themed camo? I'm using this as my NWU pattern for the Navy customs I'm working on. finally got some pit commandos at this last TRU sale & some single pack Hawks. already had a couple of Shippy, Breaker, Stone & Deep Six. Looking forward to the new Kamakura too. |

I finally got your customs to load, btw - I like them a lot. I bought a few extra Desert Dukes with the same intention in mind, so it's nice to see that it works.

I'm waiting for better pictures on the Doc - he looks to be wearing red and yellow in an arctic environment, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. We'll see though.

I haven't seen any pics of Doc yet, but it might be kind of cool that he's not in Arctic colors... It wouldn't restrict him to working only in Arctic environments. I suppose I'm looking for a replacement for the mail-in figure... I never ponied up the cash for that one. I just hope he doesn't look too cheesy. By the way, how are you feeling? Are you any stronger? Able to move around any easier?

Troy,
thanks for putting the list together, didnt you do one before that included the "urban" themed camo? I'm using this as my NWU pattern for the Navy customs I'm working on. finally got some pit commandos at this last TRU sale & some single pack Hawks. already had a couple of Shippy, Breaker, Stone & Deep Six. Looking forward to the new Kamakura too. I made a quickie kitbash the other night with a Shipwreck body, Breaker vest, Pit Commando Boonie Hat and Airborne head. I'm not sure if I want to use it as an RoC Torpedo or use it as a new character, the Combatant Craft Crewman (SWCC) that I've been wanting to make for awhile, Waverunner. I was going to use it as something else but then once it was all together it definately had a Navy vibe to it. So I'm going to throw Shipwreck's fins and rebreather with the kitbash to complete it. I'll post some pics tonight.

Never a one. I have a bunch of figures I bought as custom fodder that I haven't done anything with yet, so I wouldn't wait on seeing me post anything.
I've got almost my entire range of motion back - strengthening will continue for months, probably. I've been a bit stiff and sore in the last week, though, which is causing a few concerns for my therapist, who was going to release me. Thanks for asking!

Yeah, somewhere in this thread I did a list of the 3 RoC camo patterns: gray/blue, green/brown, and the tan/brown.

it's probably been covered somewhere in the 414 pages, but i was wondering what this threads consensus is on Shockwave's status? Is he like a civilian consultant? his filecard makes him sound like he wasn't regular military...

I believe Zulu integrated him into the military for his project, but it was never touched upon how he would work in terms of the Joe filecards. He'd have to be a civilian contractor/consultant. But how he'd get affixed to the Joe unit? SWAT guys are tough, but without any military training/education how'd he make the Joe team?
