If I had a figure to use as her I would in a heartbeat.
I always saw Shooter as Flagg's last resort. The way she's used, is to provide back-up for the Joes. I've always wondered why they weren't allowed to know about her and that role of guardian angel. Why hide it? I think it's because her other "job" was to make sure the mission happened regardless of the Joe's wishes. Maybe Flagg had 2nd agendas to the missions and used Shooter for those 2nd agendas.

I plan on using a Star Trek Uhura head on a Desert Scarlett (when and if I ever see another one here) to make a Shooter. At the moment I use a Ninja Force Scarlett as a Stand In...yeah I know pretty poor

The headsculpt on the Uhura figure is definitely the stand out in the Playmates 1:18 Star Trek toyline. Everything else looks dollar-store cheap in terms of detail. Would be a good candidate for a Doc Carla Greer (Doc v2) custom as well (Uhura head + repainted carded 25th Lady Jaye body).

I wonder how it fits on the RoC bodies.

Updates galore:
Freight, Lockdown & Dragon I know what you're thinking. You're asking, "who the hell are these guys?!" Well, these are Joes I've adopted from outside the ARAH line for the purposes of filling out the "not so cool" jobs in the Joe roster. I figure they don't have that many fans to start with, so hopefully, nobody gets tied up all in knots that I'll be taking a freer hand with redesigning them whilst also assigning them to support jobs instead of frontline combat roles. "Freight" is based on the GI Joe Extreme character of the same name (seen here), except with less 'roid rage & constipation. "Dragon" is adapted from the GI Joe Extreme character named Black Dragon (you can see the original figure here... apparently, nothing says "Extreme!" like a blond Chinese man in a ninja get-up ). Lockdown is a Sigma Six character, although my take on him is inspired more by the custom figure created by John Mallamas (known to the rest of the world as toy modder JinSaotome) than the Sigma Six figure. Design notes: - Freight's image wasn't as interesting to create as his filecard was. The figure's filecard states that his name is "Omar Diesel." "Diesel" is a very distinct Germanic surname (variant spellings include Dissel, Disel & Diessel). Anyway, I decided to have fun with the idea that he might be of mixed German and African-American descent, listing his birthplace as the Ledward Barracks, a US Army base in Germany (the GI Joe Extreme filecards didn't list birthplaces). - Dragon bears little visual resemblance to the TMNT-looking original, for good reason. I think it's one of those cases where the designers simply lumped all Asians together in one martial arts stew (he was given a Hokkien Chinese-sounding name but was made a ninja -- despite what the guys who made Mortal Kombat say, theres no such thing as a "Chinese ninja" -- a distinctly Japanese concept, at least visually). Anyway, I took the discarded elements of my Sabretooth character and judiciously mixed it in with the colour scheme of the Black Dragon character. Oh, and I dropped the "Black" from his codename. I hate it when characters use literal code name schemes tied to their costumes. I mean think about it, what does he call himself when he's wearing his summer uniform? Khaki Dragon?
