Looking good, Troynos.
Have you guys seen the pictures of the filecards from the upcoming Wal-Mart exclusive 2 packs? Not surprisingly, they're done in the movie style. I hope this doesn't signal the end of the vintage style filecards. |

Yeah, saw the new filecards. HATE THEM!!
Horrible things. Bad does't even begin to describe them. And I hate how all of them mention the nanomites. Enough already. Yes, the movie is about Cobra using 'em and Joe stopping 'em, but not every card has to mention them.

I suppose if we complain long enough they may change it eventually after the movie is done with, but that looks like the way they want to role. I'm confused about future waves we'll see though. Wave 13 and 14 have the old cards. But it seems like the just dropped Resolute packaging altogether. Not that the filecards were any good but the packaging was a larger card stock which could give them room to add more. THis ROC cardbacks are small and they are using huge fonts for a little BS. I wonder if any of these new figures are going to be in the movie.
We need to find a way to express our thoughts to Hasbro. When's the next Q & A's? |

I'm kind of wondering if Hasbro's plan is to just release everything on movie cards from here on out. Or at least release everything on a uniform card, whatever that ends up being. Movie figures, Resolute figures, and classic figures all on the same style packaging. I'm an opener so that doesn't really bother me too much. But it would suck if it meant sacrificing the filecards. It might be a little too early to tell at this point, though.

I know they're releasing non-movie figures in movie packaging.
Will have to wait and see what happens with the Resolute and Classic in Waves 14 and 15, the Wave 5 vehicles and the 7-packs. After that, not sure if they'll bring back the classic cards or just go with the movie style packaging.

I don't really care what packaging it's in, I just want the filecards.

Yeah but Hasbro is capable of bouncing back from the mistake of the Baseball Card style to something we were more accustomed to. At least this still had some info on the guy, but that was 94 and the very end of the line. They were just beating a dead horse they killed with Star Brigade and Neon outfits.
