Friggin Awesome. I think those are my Two favorite Joes to See together. Did anyone see the Robot Chicken the other night? (WED) It was Flint, Gung-Ho, and Roadblock, making fun of SnowJob. It was good.

Yeah. And that goes back to my issue with Hasbro and the Joe SEaLs. I could never use Torpedo properly because HE LOOKS LIKE A FREAKING DIVER!!!
Same with the Arctic guys. They were stuck in the arctic and I had a hard time bringing Flint there cause he had short sleeves. One of these days I want to buy up a bunch of Arctic Snake-Eyes and some paint and some extra heads and make some Arctic Joes.

I remember that episode. Funnily enough, that episode mirrored my reasoning for never really liking the "snow" guys when I was a kid. Obviously, guys like Iceberg and Snow-job are just as capable in non-polar environments as they are in polar ones, but when you're an 8 year old kid, you don't think like that. They were like the GI Joe team's version of Aquaman in Superfriends for me: useful in only one particular environment, with a costume that made it painfully clear.
Yeah we all feel the same way. Funny thing about my SnowJob. When I was a kid living in Kalamazoo, it snows alot. But one Late SUMMER, (No snow yet) I was playing with my SnowJob up in a tree in my back yard. I had him sitting on a branch. I totally forgot about him and then couldn't find him for months!!. Well Fall came and went, Winter came and went (With Snow) and Spring came. Once it was warm enough and all the snow had long since gone I climbed that tree again. So this is from Aug-April, there he was sitting there just like I left him. Gun in hand, backpack with ski's and poles still attached. Guarding my tree. He had to have been buried under a pile a snow for a while, but how the wind never blew him over or rain I don't know. This is before I just couldn't find a reason to play with the snow guys. |

I was pretty anal about my toys. I never left 'em out and never lost 'em. I'd flip out if they got broken. Airborne was always my favorite and when his crotch broke, he got retired to the G.I. Joe 3-pack Belt Thingie.
