Yeah, me too. Both Pathfinders are different people and the same with the Muskrat and NF Muskrat.

The different versions of Dusty are different enough that they can make their own troopers.
Have camo-Dusty, VvV Dusty and the beret-Dusty. There's 3 troopers right there. Then the red beret Dusty would make a great Combat Controller. And the Night Rhino Dusty is different enough to be another character. After all our great conversations I use my Red Beret Dusty as a Combat Controller Need a name. I want to paint a Stalker's Beret red and call him Jammer like Action Force, and use him as a combat controller. Parachute Convention Dusty? 91 Dusty? I don't have Rhino Dusty but he is so different. |

So you guys need to physically have "in-hand" the character or different version or custom to use in your Joe Force?

not sure about anyone else, but I do - which is why mine is all 25th/Modern Era right now, as all of my ARAH stuff is packed up in boxes at my parents' house.

You could probably use all of these as different characters:
Dusty Tiger Force Dusty Tan Beret Dusty Red Beret Dusty Black Beret Dusty (Night Rhino) Green Beret Dusty (convention paratrooper) |

You can make some more Joes with simple head swaps as well. The bodies of Footloose, Dusty, Repeater, Duke v8, Falcon, and Crossfire are great for additional troopers.

I don't make slots for Guys I don't have. For the longest time I didn't have a Hollingsworth or Austin, but I did a little headswaping and now I do and had to rearrange my structure accordingly. I have enough figures to have a character represented by a figure. Like DEF Shockwave I use as Lockdown from Sigma Six. I should probably use an extra Stalker as Sgt. Boulder.

I put an Outback head on a Big Brawler body to make another light infantryman for jungle ops, but he's still Outback. I put a Battle Corp Stalker head (with the knit hat) on a Low-Light body to make a spotter/observer named Longshot to team up with Low-Light. I also put a Psyche-Out head on a night force Short-Fuze body to make a combat version of Psyche-Out. I want to put a female Doc head on convention Lady Jaye's body (once I can find one) to make Shooter, but I will need to paint the body. |

There's alot I'd need to get. My vintage collection is very small compared to you guys. Nothing between Big Ben (and only very few from '87 to '91) to the VvV single carded 2005 that you could get at the doller store (Dusty, Baroness, Kamakura, Storm Shadow, Televiper, Sandviper, Snake-Eyes, Stalker and Ace - the ones that they rereleased on the new cards with no weapons this year). And the ones I've gotten in the 25th line.
