M-4 Carbine Assault Rifle w/ "Under" Shotgun (12) - 1:18 Scale Weapons for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures I'll probably change it up, but that works for now.

I was hoping you would see this. It's an awesome figure. I got mine from ebay. He was worth every penny. He ain't a beauty, but hey, he's alright. And that's alright with me.

Being a Jesey boy, and the fact that my band calls Asbury Park home, I MUST have that Clutch!

The weapons are U.S. government property, and if they got caught with them - it might blow their cover, because it's all very hush hush at Bragg. I knew a Special Forces Major from 7th Group once who said that a lot of the guys in 7th Group started a "Gun of the Month Club". It was basically an excuse for these guys to go and purchase a new weapon every month. Those were personal weapons, but they were pretty intense pieces of hardware from what he told me. The Delta Force compound at Ft. Bragg has something like 19 different firing ranges - everything from a sniper range to a tire house for CQB. They say that an average Delta Operator shoots between 2500 and 3000 rounds per week. They have to be able to aim and put two shots between the eyes of their target in less than two seconds, per target, when clearing a room. It's amazing. They've even got their own pool for underwater demo training. It's allegedly a fenced off compound within Ft. Bragg with a 20' fence with razor wire and trees and shrubs planted on the inside so you can't see through. It's pretty well off the beaten path, but most guys in Special Operations know where the road is... they also know that unless you're with Delta Force, you don't need to be on that road. I've never even driven to see the fence, but I have seen the road, and I only met one guy who I was pretty sure was in the unit. He was pretty amazing.

In response to the Dreadnoks {winken, blinken, nod} posts - My older brother always used to hang and play joes with me and he told me at the time (I was 7) that to be on a "nod" was heroin slang/terminology. This always made sense to me as the Dreadnoks seemed like they would be in that sort of business. If Thrasher wasn't a Tina freak I'll eat my hat.

I mean, I'm from Mississippi and people give us crap all the time about being racists or backwards or stupid or asking us if we know how to read or wear shoes or if we have indoor plumbing... you know, the usual crap. So, I can understand what it's like to be from a State that other people are always dogging. I'm a huge Springsteen fan, and so I say to the guy, who was a friend, "Well, I don't know about all that, but I know one thing about New Jersey: Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band. Jersey's alright in my book." My friend just stopped and grinned and said, "Well, you got me there. I love how the Mississippi boy feels compelled to defend Jersey's honor because of the Boss." I think Clutch would have been proud.

I once knew a guy from New York who was making a lot of cracks about New Jersey. The usual stuff you hear, I'm sure you know what I mean. Well, I didn't care for it.

Anyone from here will tell you that North and South Jersey are completely different and the people who live in those halves have a much different sense of pride than the other half. This is the wrong thread to get into all that... but those NYC guys are making fun of NORTH Jersey. |

I also think it's fantastic that both Buzzer and the Baroness were "left-wing radicals" and "intellectuals" before turning to a life of terrorism and anarchy. and the Zartan family tree obviously has it's roots in some Balkan Liberal Arts school for the insanely gifted. I mean...20 languages? Method-Acting?
