2. The Fridge 3. Road Pig 4. Big Boa 5. Roadblock 6. Recoil 7. Gung-Ho Grid-Iron was a QB in football, he'd be stronger then most Joes but not in the top 10.

I didn't like DDP's Overlord. Was a lame attempt at creating another "7 degrees" character (like SE and CC, there's the character is connected to alot of other ones, 7 degress of Kevin Bacon).
Now the convention Overlord is awesome. Here's a great character. Has his own agenda, has a good background (he's in Psy Ops). Too bad DDP dropped the ball with him.

You know, I'm actually kind of surprised that there never was any knd of crossover between the Joes and the Marvel universe in the 80s. Marvel loved cross-pollinating their properties in the 70s and 80s. They could have maybe made it work as a one-off kind of thing.
The Joes and Cobra teaming up to fight Galactus. I'm just saying... |

Wasn't there also a guy in a Hulk costume in an early Joe issue or did I dream that?

Your list is only up to 7... so there's 3 more spots for Grid-Iron. And didn't we both forget Destro? I bet that guy could put up some weight on the Bench Press.

Spider-Man made an appearance in Transformers and it was stupid. So if these giant robots existed in the same universe as the super-heroes, why weren't they more involved? You'd think Reed Richards would have been going nuts over the Transformers.
Couldn't you see Dr. Doom and Megatron working together? They'd be unstoppable.

No, you're right. I guess I just didn't count that because it's a guy in a Hulk costume. It's not like Bruce Banner showed up or anything, but it is certainly a nod to the mainline Marvel Universe.

9. Monkeywrench (he just strikes me as a big boy) 10. Armadillo (the Rolling Thunder driver) I'd put Tollbooth and some of the other tank drivers over Grid-Iron.

As for the strongest Joes, I think we tend to forget Rock n Roll. I guess he was never really portrayed as that big a guy, but he was a weight lifter.
