I wasn't even hitting on the vehicles yet, mostly just the towed pieces and the fixed pieces.
Where do vehicles like the Rolling Thunder and Thunderclap fit in? I don't see them working with any assault team. I see those as "per mission" vehicles. Meaning, they're assigned to an assault team on a per mission basis as needed.

Yeah some are so large they are their own HQ. I see the Slugger as the ultimate Mobile Artillery piece followed by the Lynx and the SLAM.
As for air-Defense All 3 of the ones above can tow. So the MMS, Whirlwind and the HAL seem to fit if they travel together. The other Anti-Air vehicles should probably travel with the Armor as support. |

I'd like one of each specialty vehicle to be with an assault team.
Mobat with team 1 Mauler with team 2 Wolverine with team 1 (anti-aircraft) Skysweeper with team 2 (anti-aircraft) Slugger with team 1 (artillery vehicle) Lynx with team 2 (artillery vehicle) Then the non-specialty vehicles get divided up equally or duplicated. I see 4 teams, North America, South America, Europe and Asia with smaller teams in Arctic and Desert. Hazmat Team, Recon/Covert Ops Teams, SWAT/Hostage, Sea and Amphibious are all on the Flagg and Jane (the Joes new smaller/quicker freighter/battleship). You know, I just realized something... I wonder how Keel-Haul feels about being on a ship named after an Army General.

So couple questions:
Does anyone else but the person that came with it drive that vehicle? Would you have more then 1 Wolverine? Would Heavy Metal be the only one to drive a Mauler? Where does the H.A.V.O.C.? fit? Armor? Artillery? Support?

Love the list Thanks! I imagine they keep serveral of most vehicles except the exceptionally large or mission specific. Raider Mean Dog ThunderClap I would suppose the driving would be up to a lot of green shirts. HAVOC good question. I hate that thing. ( I have 3) I suppose Armor. The main gun is a laser so I don't think it would work as Artillery. Although with that exposed Seat it's not such a bad idea for The HAVOC. The Hovercraft would be good for Recon, and it serves as troop carried although your legs would get burned off if Cross Country launched any missles. |

Maybe the H.A.V.O.C., since it's a multi-purpose vehicle would be better served as an escort vehicle for the Support Team?
The Battle Wagon and H.A.V.O.C. work good for that use. Both have good firepower and mobility and can carry additional people. The H.A.V.O.C.S recon sled would work good for scouting the road ahead.

The problem I'm having is why the different vehicles. Finding places for them all.
5 different versions of the S.H.A.R.C., why need that many when 1 style will do? All the different jeeps. All the different tanks. Mauler replaced the M.O.B.A.T., which was then replaced by the Grizzly. I think I'll work thru the list again and take out the redundant vehicles, and just go for the best one for each assignment.
