Hey Guys,
Here's that profile of Grunt I mentioned a few pages back. These type written dossiers were created by Larry to keep all the characters consistent and was supposed to be for his internal use only. Apparently one day, some Hasbro guys were looking over the comic book development, saw these dossiers and thought it'd be great if they were included with the toys to flesh out the characters. I wish I had more of these. They really flesh out Larry's original intentions and interpretations of the characters and many include the prototype code names and file names. |

As far as I can see, a Clinical Psychologist (73B) is either an O-5 or O-6. The chief psychologist on staff at SOCOM HQ is an O-6.

The only place I see Super Trooper making sense is as the unofficial leader of Sky Patrol. Supposedly the chrome on the air vehicles and SHARCS acts as some sort of cloaking devices. I just have Super Trooper's uniform work the same way. Perhaps it reflects the terrain around him back, acting as camouflage?

the chrome being camouflage is the most ludicrous idea going. 'Stealth' is about minimising or neutralising the detectable signatures of the vehicle or aircraft in question: making it harder to see visually, harder to hear, harder to 'see' on radar, making it harder to detect by IR. Shiny frickin' chrome ain't going to do that.
I ignore the Sky Patrol vehicles and just use them as an airborne pathfinder recon team. As for Super Trooper, I just used him as an specially trained elite operator, trained as a sniper, pilot, driver, paratrooper, frogman, EOD guy all in one package, like 007 or something, working for CIA. see here: https://gi-joe-fanfic.fandom.com/wiki/Men_of_Action |
