sean: I'd say he's Army.
Shaft: I'd say make them a dedicated mobility unit. If their PMS is the moving around of stuff, they should be a dedicated unit, not a troop in the assault force or they could get dragged off to some other mission. |

British Army has JTACs, so...
I tend to assume everyone is Army unless it's obvious their not (the SEALs, Shockwave, Cutter, Shipwreck, the jet jockeys, Keel-Haul, Bulletproof, Gung-Ho, Leatherneck). |

His whole filecard doesn't make sense. He sounds like JTAC. But he's PMS is Anti-Aircraft? If he's has some sort of Sniper training where would he get that?

Sightline is a difficult one. His roots seems to be with the Original 13 (three different MOS's). Is the guy an anti-air specialist, a sniper, or a JTAC? I have been thinking of making him a Marine Scout-Sniper. This would cover his Infantry MOS and sniper training. Maybe he started out as a U.S. Army 14S (Air and Missle Crewmember) then went to the Marines as an Infantryman and later went to Scout-Sniper training. If I am not mistaken I believe Scout-Snipers can go on to JTAC training. Actually I think the requirement for Marines JTAC pipeline is to be in the Infantry field. I think this path would make the most sense for him.

I tend to put Big Ben with my artic Joes, because he seems to wear cold weather gear more than anything. Plus, he's so tough. What I always hated about the comics is that the Arctic characters were hardly ever used, but here in the United States half of the country is buried under snow or severe icy conditions for 6 months in the winter. Technically, Snow Job, Big Ben, Iceberg, etc. would be often busier than the regular Joes at that time of year. In many places, like Minnesota or Montana, they might be the only soldiers on the team with the right gear and equipment to tackle Cobra!

Oh, and I just discovered something else (You all have probably already discussed this a million pages ago): Blast-Off is a flamethrower trooper and a fireman. I think we all agreed that he was a Marine (a "Mega-Marine"). So, maybe he could be useful aboard the U.S.S. Flagg when he isn't off burning up monsters? Like a Navy Damage Controlman?
