Actually, my head is at a place where I think I'd rather create all-new characters (although some will take inspiration from old ARAH favorites). Not saying I'm doing so now or that I've planned out what these characters will look like, but if I were to do some character concept designs to slot into the organization, they'd likely be new characters.

-Pentagon -Command -6 "OD-A" style elements [Standard, Air Assault, Military Freefall, River/Coast Operations, Amphibious and Urban Operations]. -1 Platoon (ranger qualified) 2 regular squads, 1 public assessment safety squad (hazmat, fire, medic) and 1 Weapons Squad. -AIRMO (Cargo & Helicopter) -MAS-X (Mobile Armored Strike-eXperimental) -Color Guard. Im still trying to find a better spot for my sniper-spotter-scout team and Snake Eyes. I may end up putting them as Ghost Squad, the sniper, spotter, scout, trackers. But I hate to, because that would split up the Marauders. Yet, it looks great- Shooter, Lowlight, Hollowpoint, Mutt, Spirit, Snake Eyes, Recoil, Ambush, and Hawkeye (My Joe-verse Tracker).

There'd probably be at least a couple of warrant officers (with the role of technical SMEs/team leaders) in there to go with, I don't know, maybe a recently-minted major or a senior captain leading the unit. With the real-world METs, organization wasn't really strict as far as the ratio of officers to NCOs and enlisted... it was ad hoc in the sense that team member selection was based as much on technical knowledge/skills/experience as much as satisfying organizational requirements with regards to rank or linear command structure. With the idea of the Joes-as-a-MET being a permanent unit, I suppose there's a need to follow some sort of convention as far as staffing goes, but I'd imagine it wouldn't be as strict as one would find in an actual platoon or troop.

Nice find Darkhawk.
Just curious if anyone is using the Retaliation trooper as Master Chief John-117 from Halo? As of now I've decided to use him as a US navy EOD. I took the mohawk head and put it on the Retaliation Duke to make Effects, who will be another Navy EOD. Hope this works. Joe Force, Fall out- Fall in to current formation!

I'd go with "Lailah" or "Lilah." I know it sounds odd to give her a "name" as a code name, but Lady Jaye and Scarlett are sort of in the same boat. Two reasons why "Lailah/Lilah" could work as a really, really geeky homage:

I like the pared down Joe team idea. I've never liked the Green Shirt concept or a huge Joe team. For me it never made sense that they had an aircraft carrier, fighter jets and tanks.
This is a small, mobile, fast strikeforce with it's own intelligence and support capabilities. A totally self-sufficient unit. 50 to 75 direct action operators, 10-15 intelligence operatives and 10-15 support operatives. Around 100 people. Equipment would be things like the VAMP/AWEs, Tiger Rats, WHALE, Tomahawks, etc.... No Mobats, Maulers or Skystrikers To keep a more fantasy edge to Joe, I give them Armadillos and Skyhawks, Devilfish. My Joes also have access to a C-130 and the ship from a couple pages back. I'd give them a Mauler to keep in storage, just in case. But the emphasis is on fast/mobile and self-sufficient.

er, the Tiger Rat is the TF Rattler jet... did you mean the Tiger Paw (Ferret redeco) or the Tiger Sting (VAMP mkII redeco)?
