Thanks guys. It is a mix of his cards along with what I think would flesh out his character a bit. I told ya I would elaberate later. well it finally became later.

Good job XSoldier, I also like your explanation for the way Wild Weasel is.
In the Marvel run (Zartan! and Snake Eyes the Origin, issues #25-27) Wild Weasel always seemed a bit out of his depth and not really evil, and I think your explanation works very nicely with this. Out of interest, were there any other notable issues in which Wild Weasel appears (I know there were some specifically with fighter aircraft, but I'm thinking more of him not in a plane)? |

I know, the teaching himself to fly thing was inspired by washington's very own barefoot bandit, Colton Harris Moore

Just the America's Elite issue when he was in the Phoenix Guard as Halo.

Does anyone know if the Joes whose filenames, birthplaces are listed as CLASSIFIED on the filecards, have their true info tucked away for us to find?
Examples would be Snake Eyes, Helix, ext. |

Jinx's filename was originally listed as CLASSIFIED in the 1987 filecard, but was revealed later in the DDP comics to be "Kimi Arashikage" and that she was born in Los Angeles, California (although she lived most of her childhood and early teens with the Arashikage ninja clan in Japan). I don't really recall that many Joes with CLASSIFIED as their file names... Sgt. Slaughter is one, but I suppose his file name is the same as the real name of the real-life wrestler he's based on (Robert Remus). The 2004 Night Force Action Man figure's file name is also listed as CLASSIFIED and as far as I know they never revealed what it was. YoJoe.com says that that figure was likely based on the Action Man character from the 2000 cartoon series produced by Mainframe Entertainment (because the toy uses the same logo/badge as the one used in the show). If true, then his filename is Alex Mann (the real name of the Action Man character from the cartoon). Last edited by zuludelta; 04-26-2011 at 06:58 AM.. |
