Storm Shadow to me is purely GI Joe's enemy. I don't see him under Cobra Commander's beck and call at all times though.

I guess I'll be the dissenting voice - I liked Storm Shadow's story arc and redemption in the Marvel comics, and he works fine as either a good guy or a conflicted bad guy for me. I would have liked to see him used much more sparingly after issue #52, though; if he'd have just been quietly retired with maybe the occasional assistance rendered to Snake Eyes or Stalker I'd have been happier. It seems like they tried to do that for a while, but he was too popular and they ended up using him more regularly.

This is off topic but I was looking at the sneek pics of the Resolute USS Flagg, which I had seen before but didn't think then that this was something that Hasbro was considering for actual development, but apparently it was something that was on the table. I know that the size is a big deterrent for some buyers, not to mention price, but given the fact that this Flagg would also serve as a toybox or giant collector's case was a pretty good idea and would've helped justify its production.
What did you guys think? Given the state of the market we'll never see something like this come out, I'm sure, but imagine a Flagg that had internal storage space for a Ghost Hawk, AWE Stryker, Skystriker, Mauler, etc--a cool ship with a dual function as storage/display playset for figures AND vehicles. |

Chibi-fying? Nice usage. I don't think I'll be able to work that one in a conversation anytime soon. I agree that underscale, disproportionate vehicles are nothing like a true 1/18 scale version, but I've come to accept that Hasbro will never release a Skystriker like the JSI F-14 Tomcat and certainly not a 1/18 aircraft carrier which would take up an entire garage! It would be fantastic though. But if scaled-down is the only thing we can get, it could still make a pretty decent launching pad for the smaller Skystrikers, Dragonflys and VTOLs.
