I have preorders in for Flint and Beachhead. Firefly is the only other one interested in.
Ninjas, no thanks. There's a video in the Sideshow forum here, that I found, that shows some of the upcoming and they have design sketches for Stalker and Dusy (who looks AWESOME). BTW, if you order any Sideshow, can you do it thru Kitty's Pryde? lol We're an affliate and we get a percentage of each sale.

We don't sell. The way it works is if you order thru our banner we get a percentage of the sale.
It's how Sideshow does advertising and sponsoring.

Now that's a neat trick. Next time I order something, I'll remember that.

So Troy, any feedback on your IDW solicitation yet? What's the scoop?

SO I've been looking at these Sideshow figures (and yeah, the berets still bother me a lot), but I've really never looked at super-detailed 1:6 figures before. And so, as a result of getting interested in Sideshow Joe figures, I've started looking at other deluxe 1:6 figures.
... and I've come to a conclusion: Sideshow is ripping us off. Other companies like Hot Toys, Very Hot, Toy City, Playhouse, etc. all make super detailed figures, and I personally think they're much more impressive. The accesories are much more realistic, and the face sculpts are pretty awesome. Based on what I've seen, I could almost kit-bash a Flint together that would be far more "plausible" and with better accesories (Plastic beret? Really?) I'm just saying that Sideshow may have gotten me interested in 1:6 figures, but now that I've been looking around, I think they're WAY too pricey. What do y'all think? I may start a thread about this.

Sideshow are the first I've looked at. I've heard that Sideshow is expensive and not as good as others.
