Blackrazor those cards are a thing of beauty. You got a perfect balance of how they should read and the images rock too.
I might have to follow your lead with how you distribute the info.

Like that card Takedown. Where did you come up with the name Trilith?

Thanks guys, I found out it still needs some polishing. I thought about giving him a Mathematics Degree just to further distance himself from Flint. I found several spelling errors and I found out editing the attachment isnt available. I also wanted to clean up the second to the last sentence to read "His ability to Learn, Apply and then to Lead others is as mysterious as the stones of Stonehenge".
His middle name is Frank, an awesome name for being 'Frank', but didnt mention it, because I thought the Stonehenge reference was enough for trivial tidbits.

I just looked up Stonehenge on wiki, Trilith, is what the pre-historic rock formation is called for Stonehenge of two vertical Stones with a horizontal stone on top. Thought it was a cool homage of the Stone-theme I was going for.

OK so I talked myself into creating one of these. This is my attempt to solve the problem of the Action Force Flint character. Decided to name him after the partner of the Fairbairn-Sykes Fighting Style and gave him a new codename. So there isnt any confusion with American Flint or Sergeant Stone.
"This card is not the official Hasbro filecard, this is my honest fan-fic attempt in my military knowledge to rework the card, rank and military specialties to work properly in the 80's armed services".

Great work, guys! I'm working on one myself, but I'm having trouble downloading a picture onto the Joe Customs site. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

It's tricky at times. I open in Paint the picture I want then Select a close up with the select tool. Once selected, Cut that and then open a new Paint session. (Say no to saving changes)
In the new Paint Session I paste the picture I just selected. Click Resize and Skew and Switch to PIXELS uncheck the Maintain aspect ratio and change it to 82 x 147 That's what the filecard creator uses. Sometimes it only shrinks the picture but leaves a bunch of white space. I don't know why, but I use the Select tool to shrink all the white space to exactly the picture size 82 x 147
