One of the Q&A asked about the filecards and if they would be changing.
The response is that they'd personalize the weapons more but the basic card would remain the same as the RoC ones. That's sad news.

I read that too. I thought about joining Terrordome because they actually asked a relevant question. But most of the questions seemed better this time. It's too bad they suck. If they add birthplace I'd be happy.

I'll keep my opinion of the 'Drome to myself, inter-site politics, lol
I dont even miss the explosion cards, I just miss the dang filecards.

Oh I meant the filecards suck. not Terrordrome. I don't really know how they operate. but if there is something besides weapon info that would be a plus. I mean I toss half the weapons in a box I never see again.

I'm not a fan of most of the weapons that came with RoC figures. I end up replacing 'em.
I bet Marauder's is making a killing off RoC.

I like the RoC weapons based on real-world firearms (i.e., Paris Pursuit Baroness' MP7 submachine guns, Agent Helix's Heckler & Koch G11 caseless ammunition rifle, Reactive Armor Ripcord's QBZ-95/97 assault rifle and Robinson Armaments M96 "Bren-Type Stoner" light machine gun, the FN F2000 that came with numerous RoC Joes, etc.), particularly because I appreciate the effort that went into researching the detail (they are relatively obscure) and not taking the lazy route of using M4s/M16s for the "good guys" and AK-47s/AK-74s for the "bad guys." Additionally, you won't find 1:18 scale versions of those firearms with third-party 1:18 hobby outlets like Marauder's/Gun-Runners, as far as I know.
It's the made-up RoC weapons I can't really get into because I'm not a fan of the designs they went with in that regard... the standard RoC Cobra "blaster" pistol -- you know the one I'm talking about -- doesn't really look functional to me in terms of size and detailing, and looks out of place alongside the "real-world" based RoC gear, even if I make concessions for laser/plasma/directed energy weapons in the context of the film. Contrast that with, say, the made-up laser rifle that came with the 1982 Flash figure or the underbarrel grenade-launcher equipped assault rifle that came with the 1986 Cobra Viper. Neither weapon is based on anything that existed in the real world then (or even now), but both look like they could be real weapons because of the intelligently-considered details that went into their design.
