once orders are placed, it probably goes into some sort if queue, and to change the order could potentially screw up their databases...don't most online retailers have a similar policy?

For that whole wave you could only order one of each. I had to place a second order for another EEL & Flint.

Their order fulfillment system probably can't handle merging multiple orders. My guess is that the fix would require a system-wide code rewrite, retraining of staff, redesign of the packing/shipping facilities, etc. You have to remember, HTS is a small-time operation trying to operate on a large scale; they may wave around the Hasbro name, but they are not Hasbro. Your only real option here is to provide constructive feedback and learn the rules so you can use them to your advantage as much as is possible. Companies like this do occasionally listen to their customers and may incorporate suggested improvements when carrying out regular upgrades.

Again...and again...can't be done. Zartan is now out of stock. You guys aren't even reading the post before yours. You remind me of DJ when she was going through her "You can't punish me, you're not my parent!" phase. She wasn't listening to a thing I said. I wish Danny was here to set you straight.

Furthermore, they need to have better customer service. The way things are being handled now is not how it should be. Orders which haven't yet been sent to the warehouse to be filled should be adjustable. Amazon.com has a good system in my opinion, and is flexible like this. HasbroToyShop should be too. Combining orders or updating quantities shouldn't be impossible. If they can't do better than this, then Hasbro shouldn't have a special online store, they should just work with traditional retailers. |

I think the HTS policy is spot on. I don't think you should be allowed to combine orders or else their 1 figure limit per order would be useless. It is designed to stop scalpers from buying 150 Wraiths (or whatever figure you might want) at one time by making them pay for shipping 150 times.
