Well I hate to make a complain thread but HTS is just awful when it comes to providing any service to the people who keep them with jobs.
I was one of the people who had one of their SDCC orders "lost". (For the record, I was not ordering extras, I had placed one order for the SDCC CC's and one for Nemesis Prime + other goodies). I called, emailed for more than a month and with all the promises of call backs and resolutions nothing ever got resolved to this very day. I just ended up ordering another Nemesis Prime. I have kept on buying from HTS since then and have *several* orders I have placed with them. My mistake is that I returned one of the DVD sets from the last batch using their "free returns" label. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive credit for the return. I've tried customer service and the first guy provided no info at all and just told me to wait another week. He couldnt provide a timeframe or anything that would ease my waiting (I am very patient). Today I called again and spoke with a lady who couldnt tell me anything about the refund other than she had to refer it to a supervisor who was already gone at this time. I asked when I should hear back and she couldnt tell me when at all, not even any kind of timeframe of when they would get back to me. I asked if I could call when these managers were there and she answered "during the day". I asked what TIME and she didnt know... finally when I still "thanked" her... she just clicked on me... Great job HTS... glad we pay you to be in business. |

I am not advocating one over another, but there are other online sites out there that give great deals. PM me, and I will give you the information that I have. Good luck. |
