My experiences have been hit or miss. Extra well packed items like 5 times and 1 time a situation like this. It comes down to individuals that work there. If the do not do right by you try somewhere else. But give them a chance to own up.

I think you ordered the set of six figures which would not come in sealed Hasbro cases because BBTS opens them and removes the extra figures(Parka SE and B.A.T.) and they probably do cherry pick variant Wraiths plus the price would be 300.00 before shipping and you would receive 36 figures which is what you stated in your post, so you should probably check your order. If this is the case then the damaged product would fall on the shipping company and BBTS would actually be in the clear.

Man, i went through almost the exact same thing one time but with Bestbuy.com. I ordered a $300 MP3 player and when it arrived the box was totalled and there was nothing inside. It took me over 3 months to get my money back. I had to go through the better bussines bureau. By the end of it i had a refund and a hand singed appology letter from the CEO of bestbuy.com. They then tried to screw me one last time after that though. Since it was charged to a best buy card and i refused to pay the bill they put a negative hit on my credit. Luckly im an equifax member and i just emailed them all the info and they took the neg off the next day.
Anyways man, good luck. I hope they dont pull the same shit on you that bestbuy.com pulled on me. |

A.V.A.C. just to make it clear I am in no way trying to mess with you I just wanted you to check your order before you call and flip on BBTS. If I'm wrong fine, but check your order before you send a heated e-mail or call them in a fit of rage

this is also a reason i refuse to buy from BBTS. Wether or not you order a set, or a case the packaging should be the same. They should have some kind of quality control. This isnt HTS for god sakes.

If this is the case then the damaged product would fall on the shipping company and BBTS would actually be in the clear. here's the page i ordered from: 25th Anniversary - Wave 10 - Set of 6 - GI Joe 25th Anniversary - 1982-2007 Single Figures at BigBadToyStore and yes, i ordered STANDARD GRADE i thought that might be the case, i wasn't sure if hasbro did 6 figure cases and 8 figure cases. at the bottom of this page i ordered from said this: " All cases are sealed, direct from Hasbro, and contain the exact assortment and packaging styles that Hasbro has planned ". i may have mis-read this, and this my fault, but it is misleading. however, i definately ordered them in standard grade, as it says on my account, collector wasn't available. if anything, i got substandard grade on all of them. which is what is available NOW. i've never had this problem with them, they are a good company, but this is weak. |

Oh no. Hope they come thru but yeah you did not order the sealed cases. Nonetheless there is no excuse to receive a package in such way. I hope your fight goes well cuz I had a similar experience with Hasbro's Doc offer and those bastards wanted me to keep a trashed Doc because it was not their fault it was the mailing people. Yeah Right! I wont stand by and get damaged goods that are worth 20 bucks.

I mean common, this is a collector site for god sakes not HTS.com. Give the customes a little quality, not just a pile of shit. very unprofesional IMO. |
