Agreed.
Like I said, I want to see AVAC's full After Action Report before I make any future purchases with BBTS. Given the nature of the shipment he received, I am less than enthusiastic about giving any money to BBTS right now. Like I said, it all depends on how they treat AVAC once he files the complaint. I can predict with almost 99% certainty that BBTS will reply that all cases are sent out unopened and sealed, and that that he should file a complaint with the shipping company - usually that'll get him his money back. I've had it happen before with Amazon shipments - I've received boxes with only one of the multiple items I've ordered, and had to file claims. It sucks, but it usually works out. Keep us in the loop A.V.A.C.!

I also think it would be a good idea to contact BBTS they are real good at taking care of things.. They are a good company and they have alot of people who work for them and it sounds like this is one of those one time mistakes that happen when you have a ton of employees.. I would contact them I know for a fact they will take good care of you.. I had a case that was a little messed up once and you could tell it was because of ups and bbts still took care of it..

This sounds like it was the shipping companies fault. How many figures were you shorted? I ask because if it was someone at BBTS they should have replaced what they stole with something else.
I've heard stories of UPS and FEDEX guys stealing laptops and IPODS and all sorts of electronics...I'm always weary of when I order things through the mail...and I've yet to have a problem with BBTS. Then again who knows... |

as far as it being an outside job, how? is there some postal guy with a ton of grey wraiths, waiting to open all the cases and switch it. all of were opened in a pile, not even an empty case. i just heard it's on bbts now by itself, hmmm.
it's not the wraith really, but the law of averages says i would of got one. it's the atrocious condition of them and the fact they were decased and dumped in a pile. i am an opener, but i also keep separate moc ones. plus, other people were expecting theirs to keep moc. i was going to keep two cases and help out those three and another hopefully. how vexing, enjoy the pics ! |
