that is quite ridiculous! I order one of every wave from BBTS and they have always been in immaculate condition. Figure out how much you have spent with them in the past, plus the $300 on that wave plus how much you will spend with them in the future and I am sure they will sort you out.
Also, let us know how it turns out, I am curious if their customer service is good. p.s. do you think it might have been someone after BBTS that could have done that. |

I've never experienced something like that from them, ever. Everything I've ever ordered has been well packaged and in great shape.
Bravestarr, the thread was to discuss the question, but it's pretty certain that the cases from BBTS were definitely not opened, and many here on the 'Tank received variants in their case orders, so the "disgusting treatment" accusation was pretty much shown to be untrue. A.V.A.C., I feel your pain buddy - definitely contact Jessica or someone there at BBTS's customer service department. I'm sure they'll make it right. They tore his cases open, picked through them and threw all of the contents into a large box. Hardly appropriate behavior. I want to know if he ships the stuff back, and gets his full refund. I am staying tuned for the final report from AVAC. |

Nightviper73, they let you have Transformers and posters up there? I thought pop-culture propaganda was banned in your little community

I meant in the case of the Wraith variants being pulled - we know that's not the case. In this situation, we don't know yet, sorry if my reply wasn't clear!

Like I said, I want to see AVAC's full After Action Report before I make any future purchases with BBTS. Given the nature of the shipment he received, I am less than enthusiastic about giving any money to BBTS right now. Like I said, it all depends on how they treat AVAC once he files the complaint. |

I would assume those sealed wave cases of 8 are put in a larger box for shipping instead of just sending out the sealed case of 8 pcs alone without a sleeve or cover??
