There is just some stupid dumb people in this world who just don't know there Joe.
Wraith variant for $100.00+ why on earth would pay this kind of money for a overly hyped up piece of garbage this fig is anyway. I think what it is people panic and don't have patience. Thre is that I gotta have it now attitude that is involved when a sucker gives into a scalpers price. If your patient you will find it. Just like the Rattler and conquest. I see these things everytime when I go to Target just warming the shelves. But suckers continue to pay over 80.00+ for them on e-bay, whats the deal. I will bet you that Target will put these on cleareance for a measly $10.00 - $15.00 because they have to make room for there other exclusive "The Ultimate Battle Pack" and I bet when that hits it will be $60.00 target price, but I bet you it will sell for over $200.00+ in the ebay market. Scalpers and suckers are just made for each other. This is how it works, the scalper finds it at retail and pays retail price for it, then the scalper puts it on ebay for a marked up price and says that this is a rare and hard to find item, then a sucker comes along and says I got to have that know and then gives into the scalpers price. The scalper is happy because he made a profit of some poor fool, and the sucker is happy because he thinks he is the first one on his block to have first after paying an arm and a leg for it. Thats why it is important to know your joe. like they say there is a sucker born every minute, er wait, on ebay every second. |

With gas being as it is, it's almost $20 round trip. Add that on top of the $50 + tax Rattler/Conquest, it's now $70+. Some people are even further from a Target. Living in a rural area as I do, it's hard to drive from town to town and actually find things. Although "I" shop online, many people do not. This does not, however, excuse the idiots of paying $100 for a common figure. |

I have 2 targets within a mile form my house, another 1 a few blocks from my work and 2 I pass on my way home from work.
We are flooded with them in Maryland. I pass 6 walmarts, 2 TRU's, and 5 targets in my daily commute every day. But not 1 has had wave 10 yet. But they all have Wild Bill! |

Target Rattlers! There was a huge panic that they might be internet exclusives. Then everyone was afraid they'd be as hard-to-find as the previous 3 Target exclusive vehicles! When they first appeared people were getting 3X the price for them on Ebay, now they can't get rid of the fast enough & at cost!

my part of md is flooded with conquests, no rattlers in sight. still can't find a bat or snow serpent anywhere... there really aren't even vipers in my area which seems to haunt most of the va stores i've been to. distribution is way off balance regionally with joes. what floods one area is non existant in another so there is no real way to determine what is or isn't a peq warmer as it varies regionally. patience is not always the answer due to these inconsistencies. many simply have to resort to members here and (cringe) ebay.
i would not sleep on the rattler/conquest too much, if or when they get retail re-released they are sure to be $5-10 more and i'm sure most will not pass on any clearance price savings when target clearances the ones they have. it didn't happen with the last ones...

I remember "25th" Spirit being scarce, so I nabbed one thinking i'd never see it again, and now my Walmart can't even stock because we've got at least 10 of them warming pegs. Granted they're not the foil cards, but still, yeesh. At least hasbro is trying to make enough for everyone.
I wish they'd up the Bats, or at least sell a troop builder packs for each soldier type online They're probably missing out on some sales from those would-be army builders that lose their enthusiasm after only finding a couple of "x" soldier. |

People will always find something to freak about. With patience you'll get yours and I will get mine. I'm neither rich or stupid to pay hefty prices for something I can easily find at a Target or TRU.

lol...not really.
Walmarts are so far away that if I go to them, the price on gas will get me. The Targets are closer and with the rollback (for now) to $6.84 is not that bad.
