Would anyone buy a custom G.I. Joe Poster from Hasbro that had the card art of the original figure/vechicle/playset? I love the card art from back in the day and I think the following would be great options...
1. Do the 3 3/4 Joes/vehicles/playsets individually. I would start with 1982 and work your way up. 2. Do them by year and group the card art of multiple figures together, letting them be separated from each other by the black outline around the "explosion burst" in the background. That way there would be no visible lines and it would look seamless. You might have to break them up like 9 or 12 to a poster. 3. Do it both ways. What do you think... I would say it depends on the character/vehicle. I wouldn't want one with 20 explosions and characters. But a full-size poster with one character or vehicle's art? I'd be down for that.

By the way...this is not a business venture for me...I'm just curious...perhaps Hasbro would consider something like it if there were enough interest.

I would love to be able to order individual posters of a character or a playset. If I could get them like 18x24 or 24x36 that would be awesome. I'd pay maybe like $5-10 for that. Since the playsets and vehicles always have more involved and detailed art so ideally it would be made into a larger poster, 24x36 sounds nice.
Does anyone have any idea what the original artists drew these at? |

A Killer Whale poster or the Battle Platform would be outstanding.
